Edit/Delete Case Type

How to Edit Case Type?

To edit a Case Type follow the below mentioned steps:

1.	Click on Settings menu > and select Case Types;

2.	Once a Grid is loaded on your screen, click on the edit icon on the intended Case Type row that you want to edit;

3.	A pop-up window will open with the Case Type as depicted below in image - 1. Edit the Case Type name;

4.	Click on the Save button.

How to delete Case Type?

To delete a Case Type follow the below mentioned steps:

1.	Click on Settings menu > and select Case Types;

2.	Once a Grid is loaded on your screen, click on the delete icon on the intended Case Type row that you want to delete.

Note: You cannot delete a Case Type if it is already entered or referred in a case.
