How to Set Default Tabs for a Case Type?

To set Default Tabs for a Case Type follow the below mentioned steps:

1.	Click on Settings menu > and select Case Types;

2.	Once a Grid is loaded on your screen, click on the "Set Default Tabs" link on the intended Case Type row;

3.	A pop-up window will open as shown below with a list of Tabs. Click on the check box against the Tab Name that you want to set as Default Tab.
