How to Edit Case Status?

To edit a Case Status follow the below mentioned steps:

 

1.Click on Settings menu > and select Case Status;
2.Once a Grid is loaded on your screen, click on the edit icon on the intended Case Status row that you want to edit;
3.A pop-up window will open with the Case Status name as shown below in image -1. Edit the name;
4.Click on the Save button.

How to delete a Case Status?

To delete a Case Status follow the below mentioned steps:,

 

1.Click on Settings menu > and select Case Status.
2.Once a Grid is loaded on your screen, click on the delete icon on the intended Case Status row that you want to delete.

 

Note: You cannot delete a Case Status if it is already entered or referred in a case.
