Create New Case Status

How to create a new Case Status?

To create a new Case Status follow the below mentioned steps:

1.	Click on Settings menu > and select Case Status;

2.	Once a Grid is loaded on your screen, click on the New button on the top left corner of the Grid;

3.	A pop-up window will open as shown below. Enter the Case Status;

4.	Click on SAVE button.
