How to Block Case Access?
To Block Case Access follow the below mentioned steps:
| 1. | Click on Settings menu > and select Manage Users; |
| 2. | Once a Grid is loaded on your screen, click on the "Block Case Access" link on the intended User row for whom you want to Block Case Access; |
| 3. | A pop-up window will open with a list of Cases as show below. Click on the check box and select the cases that you to block. |
