Edit/Delete User Role

How to Edit User Role?

To edit a User Role follow the below mentioned steps:

1.	Click on Settings menu > and select User Roles;

2.	Once a Grid is loaded on your screen, click on the Edit icon on the intended user role row that you want to edit;

3.	A pop-up window will open with the user role as depicted below in image - 1. Edit the role name;

4.	Click on the SAVE button.

How to delete User Role?

To delete a User Role follow the below mentioned steps:

1.	Click on Settings menu > and select User Roles;

2.	Once a Grid is loaded on your screen, click on the delete icon on the intended User Role row that you want to delete.

Note: You cannot delete a User Role if it is already entered or referred in a case.
