How to Copy an Email to Case Email Tab?

To copy an email from your inbox to case email Tab follow the below mentioned step:

1.	Click on the Email menu;

2.	Select the emails that you want to copy to Case Email Tab and click on "Copy To Case" button;

3.	A pop-up window will open with a list of all cases saved in your software as shown below. Select the case in which you want to copy the emails and click on "Copy" button on top left side of the pop-up window.
