Connected Applications displays all the connected applications in that case as show in the image-1 below:

How to Add New Connected Application?

To add new Connected Application follow the below mentioned steps:

 

1.Click on the Case Tab of a case in which connected application details has to be entered;
2.Click on the New button on the top left corner of the Connected Applications Grid;
3.A pop-up window will open as shown below in image-2. Enter the Application No., Status, and Comment;
4.Click on SAVE button.
