To add new document in a case follow the below mentioned steps:
1.
Click on the Document Tab of a case in which new document has to be entered;
2.
Click on the New button on the top left corner of the Grid;
3.
A pop-up window will open as shown below. Click on Select button and browse and select the document from your local computer and enter brief description about the document;
4.
Click on SAVE button.
Note: Document size of more than 4 MB will not be uploaded.
